Nh Siena Hotel

This place is a great choice for those looking to be based in an area that caters to tourists with plenty of attractions and amenities close at hand. The location couldn't be better, right across from the bus station, which was great for exploring the wider area. The staff here were so helpful and friendly, making me feel very welcome. The room amenities provided everything I needed, from the comfortable bed to the tea and coffee facilities that were much appreciated.

Conveniently located on the edge of the old town. Clean, modern rooms with a pleasant view overlooking a football stadium. Helpful staff provided a map and directions. Enjoyable breakfast with a variety of options. Walking distance to main attractions.

Amazing location, right in front of the bus station and within walking distance of the main square. the breakfast spread was nice with a good selection and quality. the hotel itself was clean and nicely decorated, providing a pleasant stay.

The maid service was not up to expectations as they did not remove used dishes or replace glasses, and were sparing on toilet paper. There were some plumbing issues with brown water and a strong sewer smell in the room.

I was initially concerned about the lack of window curtains in my bathroom, as mentioned in a previous review. However, the staff at Nh Siena was incredibly responsive and quickly provided me with towels to hang as makeshift curtains for privacy. They went above and beyond to address the issue and ensure my stay was comfortable. The room itself was spacious and clean, with a large and comfortable bed. The location of the hotel, right across from the bus station, was extremely convenient for exploring the city. I had a pleasant stay at Nh Siena and would recommend it to others.
